Ivan Kokeza is an internationally recognized expert with over three decades of global leadership experience. Throughout his career, he has held various senior roles, including General Manager and CEO, across multiple industries.
Ivan’s leadership expertise spans the USA, Europe, Canada, and the MENA region. He has served on the Board of Directors for 12 companies in 8 countries and led international projects across 38 nations.
In 2011, Ivan successfully closed two major mergers and acquisitions, totaling $1.5 billion USD—$1 billion in pharmaceuticals and €450 million in MedTech. In 2012, he led an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for an oil & gas company on the SIX Swiss Exchange in Zurich, Switzerland.
With deep expertise in business strategy, leadership, business development for innovative corporate projects, sales, peak performance mentoring, and mastering complex corporate negotiations, Ivan excels in driving change management and transforming corporate cultures.
Since 2004, Ivan has been a strategic consultant and mentor for corporate executives. Over the last 15 years, he has developed the SAIL Leadership Methodology, an innovative approach for driving continuous improvement in individual, organizational, and corporate performance. The SAIL Leadership Methodology has been tested and executed since 2012 through various modules delivered to individuals, organizations, and companies.
Currently, Ivan Kokeza works globally as a business consultant, corporate coach, individual mentor, and speaker.
Ivan holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Strategic Management.
